Refund policy

  • Before opening you parcel record a video for proof.
  • if you will record an video it will help us to check out the product is broken or not 
  • if it shown broken in the video we will send the new product  within 10 to 15 working days
  • you can complain in 5 days after receiving the parcel with given order number and a video for proof 
  • after receiving the parcel you don’t liked it. It’s not our fault we will not refund or exchange
